2330 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 2330 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all 2330 platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2330 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the 2330 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- Not prohibited by the laws of your country of residence from participating in online betting activities.
- Register in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.
2330 reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to verify the required information within the specified timeframe may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as a user and the 2330 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. You are responsible for ensuring your account information remains current and accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out through your account — even by a third party without your authorisation — is considered your responsibility. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the 2330 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's system operations.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purposes.
- Sharing or selling account access to another party.
- Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities with malicious intent.
- Submitting false claims related to transactions or winnings.
Payment & Transaction Policy
Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency
All financial transactions on the 2330 platform — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is involved. Supported payment methods include FPX via approved local banks, Touch 'n Go (TNG) eWallet, and manual bank transfers.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed in accordance with established verification procedures, and processing times may vary depending on the chosen method. 2330 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
Non-Reversible Transactions
Once a bet has been placed and confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Winnings and losses resulting from valid bets are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, users must contact the 2330 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
The 2330 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the platform remains accessible at all times, 2330 does not guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or service outages. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, including losses resulting from bets that could not be processed during periods of technical downtime.
2330's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
2330 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has violated any of the terms in this document. This includes, but is not limited to: fraud, money laundering, promotion abuse, or suspicious activity. Valid balances in accounts closed due to serious violations may not be recoverable, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
All content on the 2330 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 2330 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 2330.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 2330 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
2330 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.
Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms, or the use of the 2330 platform, shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
